For over eleven years Marc had the honor to work with the talented architects at Bol Architecture in Berkeley Heights, a firm known and respected for its single family and multifamily high-end residential clients. He played a crucial role, as a project architect working closely with many residential clients to design additions and renovations that suited a variety of budgets and needs. Some of his most notable residential projects were: The Cloisters, an upscale townhouse development in Summit, NJ, where Marc assisted in the design and assumed management of the construction documentation. He provided construction documentation for The Hawks Nest, a grand stone clad 14,000+ sf home in Mahwah, NJ published in ASP1RE Dec. 2009. He also designed an ornate tennis court enclosure and pergola in Harding, NJ which was published in NJ Design April 2006.
